Terms and conditions

Boundaries:
I am no licensed professional and this is not a substitute for medical and/or legal advice. These readings are for entertainment purposes and I’ll refer you to a professional one if needed. 
I will not do readings about any medical situations or about third parties without consent. 
The focus in the reading should first, foremost and always be you. 
I reserve the right to refuse a reading when your desired focus of the reading contains a subject I’m unqualified to answer or crosses my personal boundaries. Please make sure to fill in the booking form so the intentions and focus of the reading is clear for us both. 

Payment:
I accept Ideal, Paypal and Creditcard. All prices are in Euros.
Your session is confirmed after payment. 

Cancellation, Reschedule: 
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, your payment will be refunded a 100%. When you cancel within 48 hours, because of preparations there will be no refund. You are able to reschedule your session once within 30 days of the initial planned session. 

Too late / No Show:
I’ll wait 10 minutes after your start time, after 10 minutes i’ll cancel the session and it’s considered a no show. No shows are non refundable. With multiple no shows i’m free to refuse any other upcoming readings that you book. 

Privacy:
When booking a reading I would need some personal information such as: name, date, time and place of birth to prepare. This will be saved in the astrological software that I use called Luna Astrology where it is being saved in the cloud for future readings. 

I will not share any personal information about you or your reading with third parties without your consent. If you want me to delete all information after the reading, please say so during our time and i’ll be glad to delete everything under your name right when the reading has ended. 

By booking the reading you’ve automatically agreed with these Terms and Conditions.
